Give yourself the W! Write down all your accomplishments not matter how bog or small they are each day.
Speak kindly to yourself and write down words of affirmation
Write motivational sayings on post-it notes where you will see them around your house
Set a motivational quote as your lock screen
Don’t compare yourself to others. Focus on your strengths and weakness and what you need to do achieve your goals.


MOVE/ MEDITATION
