LET'S TALK JENGA
In this activity, the goal is to focus on educating junior high students, grades 6 through 8 about mental health and healthy habits. Depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses often begin to develop in middle school or early high school. Therefore, this is a critical time to educate youth. Classroom talks about mental health may be uncomfortable at first, but it is critical mental health is discussed throughout a person’s life.
HEALTHY CHOICES TRACKER
This activity is made for elementary age kids. It focuses on educating kids about healthy habits, and ways to track them.
BLOOM REFLECTION
This activity is geared towards high school and college students. Mental illnesses often affect these age groups. This activity focuses on helping people to reflect over their mental processes.
FLOWER POWER
This activity is a result of BLOOM and Sanford Fit's partnership. This activity works to educate elementary age kids through flowers BLOOMing.
